It still baffles me
How easily the world turns
On those that have no one
To defend them
It really is a surprise
How the least expected
Becomes the support
And the expected, the enemy.
I’m still amazed
How through thick and thin
Vanished into the blue
It’s existence completely erased
Will you blame me?
When what I trusted failed me,
And what I hoped for,
Never came to being?
Will you blame me?
When who should know me better,
Busily rubbished me,
Due to their own reasoning?
Yet, I was blamed,
For being human to a human,
For reacting to the hand dealt me,
For I’m supposed to be Superhuman.
I’m still in shock,
How my world judged me,
Not given a hoot,
If I was truly guilty or just accused.
