Dear Beloved,
Amidst the month of love, we did embrace,
Sharing endearments in each other’s space,
Sharing our hearts’ most intimate trace.
On that fourteenth day, a Valentine’s delight,
I gave you a single rose, pure and natural in sight,
Its petals may have wilted, but never my heart’s might.
Though February fades and disappears,
Our love persists and stands the test of years,
A flame that shall continue to endear.
Our bond shall never falter or decay,
For it lingers in our very souls each day,
In memories that forever shall stay.
So yh… let February pass and leave,
Our love shall forevermore achieve,
A song that shall eternally conceive.
