Missing You

I miss you, my love.
You know that I love you, right?
I yearn to be asked to be yours every day.
And for every time I’m asked, my answer will be yes, yes, yes.

I want to wrap my arms around your neck,
Slow dance with you in our space,
Moving to melodies of our hearts and sync,
Stare and smile with you as we swing on the rhythm.

I love you.
And sometimes, I do think back.
And when I look at me today,
You’ve been a great positive change to me regardless.
