COMMUNION

Step.
Cool earth cradles my skin,
each pebble a syllable,
inscribing messages to my sole.

Step.
The hum of the ground murmurs,
“Come closer.
Feel the pulse of the Maker,
woven through each timeless grain.”

Step.
My breath deepens.
I hear the song of creation:
“Rise, child of the earth.
Your path is etched in the heavens,
but traced here, where dust meets flesh.”

Step.
May my feet not falter;
may they ascend unshaken.
Barefoot, I am crowned
lightened, anchored,
walking in harmony with the Creator’s will.
